Problem
Reactivation after a riser cut-off
Power cut at the building riser? It is the trickiest procedure of all: we handle it for you, step by step.
How it works
When the disconnection is made directly on the building's riser column, paying the arrears is not enough: the distributor has to physically restore the connection, often involving the building management and an electrician. It is the most complex kind of reactivation and, if handled badly, it can take months. We check the state of the connection, file the restoration request with the distributor, coordinate the building administrator and the technicians, and activate the new contract, keeping you informed at every step.
How we solve it
- 1We check the state of the connection and the reason for the cut-off
- 2We file the riser restoration request with the distributor
- 3We coordinate the building administrator and the electrician, if needed
- 4We activate the new supply contract in your name
- 5We follow the works until your power is actually back on
Required documents
- Identity document and tax code
- Full supply address and POD code, if available
- Proof of occupancy (rental contract or property deed)
- Any letters from the distributor or the building administrator
