How it works
If the property is new or has never been connected to the grid, you need a first activation: the meter installed by the distributor and a supply contract with the seller. It is the most technical procedure, because two different parties are involved and often a connection quote as well. We handle the whole journey: we request the quote, follow the works, activate the contract and keep you updated at every step, in plain words.

Required documents
- Identity document and tax code
- Full address and cadastral data of the property
- Proof of occupancy (property deed or rental contract)
